I know it's not Pocomoke or Salisbury, but Darrell and I use Atlantic Dental and Cosmetic in Ocean City. They have massage chairs (while they're working on you), heated lavender-filled neck wraps, and paraffin wax dip for your hands. It's kinda spa-esque, but for people with anxiety about going to the dentist, it's the best!

Morrison Dental Group!!! A thousand times over! I've had problems with dentists my whole life - and felt very traumatized about the whole process. It finally got so bad that I had to have a root canal. The folks at Morrison Dental over on Chincoteague not only saw me within an hour (and got me some much needed medication) but the actual root canal was essentially PAINLESS! They also had a really awesome discount plan that saved me a ton of money! I love them!
