A lot of computers and printers are having his problem due to recent windows updates. Try updating your printers drivers by going to the website for your printer and clicking check for updates.:-) If that fails, the only guys I know are volunteers at Shipley Center (the senior center) in Sequim. And you can get free access to them if you are a member.
