Joanie Sexton-Johanson they do charge a sign up fee, but sometimes they let you pay for a year $99 total. There are no classes. But if you want classes Fitness plus lets you go for $5 a class I believe.

Can you call another Saf T Swim location? We had one at the Nesconset location several years ago, and it was great. The Brookhaven Aquatic center also does them. I don't think the Holiday Inn does parties anymore...I know they don't allow pool memberships anymore, but I'm not sure. Hampton Inn is the hotel at exit 63.

World Gym in Coram is great. Well equipped (at least in the free weights department), well maintained, clean, and its good mix of people. I can lift heavy right next to someone using pink dumbbells and nobody cares what anyone else is doing.
