Mark Hunnicutt 517 927-1001 or Austin Fuller heating and cooling ( # in phone or online) Austin will probably charge you about $80 to come out and look at it. Not sure what mark will charge if anything just to look. Mark works on a lot of Jim's nephews rental properties and we have used him on occasion.
