It does have a registration fee cost for the year, ($50, I think...sometimes they run specials/discounts for military, etc.) But all their sitters are thoroughly interviewed, background checked and referenced already, so you don't have to worry about that part. We have used them quite a bit and friends as well, and have been pleased. http://www.seva.babysitease.com/ You can find a sitter you like and keep using them, or you can try different ones out, you are always guaranteed one when you schedule, as long as its a couple days in advance.

Play All Day! They have 4 locations and is staffed 24/7- very impt for boarding. Very picky with day care and they are great! Coastal seems good too, but not a good location for us.

Great Bay Kennel in Durham has a great day care. I haven't used them in a little while, but I believe they are crate free. They have great indoor and outdoor spaces for the dogs to run

Try Great Bay Doggie Day. Care in Durham. It is a bit away from Portsmouth but way worth the extra few minute drive. I tried a few others and then found that one and never looked back!

I highly recommend Greenland Veterinary Hospital on Route 33, and Appledore Family Medicine at Pease.

Eliot Veterinary Hospital in Eliot, Maine is the greatest for a vet for both our dog and cats. We love Inn the Doghouse in Kittery for daycare. All we have to say is daycare in our house and our dog gets so excited. We and he love it there.

Lens Doctors on Lafayette in Portsmouth is great.

Dr Julie Nash is my favorite dentist.

Partners for Women's Health in Exeter hospital. Dr. Dinicola is the head (I believe) and may not be taking patients but others are also great there.

I don't know anything about Little Blessings, but did you look into Discovery Child Enrichment Center? I worked there 16 ish years ago, my sister worked there for 15 years, up until she passed away last year unexpectedly. Almost all of the same teachers are there from when I worked there. Coastal Dental Associates on Rte. 1. Wonderful dentists and hygienists. Don't go to the places where they make you sign a contract and take out a loan. Those places are rip offs.

Three Rivers Dental, in Greenland, Dr. Reilly is great. Portsmouth Dog Walks(Bob and his team are awesome and Northeast Dermatology in Borthwick Ave.

Dr. Pawlak and St. Germain in Exeter—went there my entire childhood through college. Exeter veterinary hospital—my mom sent her pets there for 20 years. My pediatrician and other doctors were all through Exeter Hospital and I never had a bad experience. Good luck!
