If by bay laurel you mean Laurus nobilis, Quality Foods in Powell River had several last year. On Monday they did not appear to have their trees/shrubs in yet. Probably in the net few weeks.

Maybe find someone who would like to order items from them as they sell a whole array of glass bottles, tins, lip balms deoderent sticks, herbs and essential oils. I just put in a 200 order or I'd go in with you.
