The Alex hospital in Rhyl as far as I know you just turn up 8 am on Sunday morning be early though as it operates on a first come basis hope this is of some help

I have been going to the one above hsbc for over 30 years and never had any problem,it's now called My Dentist very high tech just as good as a private Dentist if not better in my eyes:-) x
