Sure Health in grappenhall. A guy called David. He's lovely. Gentle and very knowledgeable. And won't take your money unless he feels you need treatment. I went to him when I was terrified after a traumatic osteopath session years before. He's amazing. Totally trust him. Not sure where you live nowadays but I'd recommend driving the distance anyway chuck.

I went to Stuart Hale in Frodsham with my bad back and then also when I had a trapped nerve. It did help loads but I don't it would be sorted for Friday hun. I found a tens machine helped with my leg loads with the trapped nerve.
