I learned to drive with this guy http://www.mini-drivingschool.co.uk/ he does Withington/Fallowfield. I enjoyed learning from him, passed my road test first time which was a relief, and I've recommended him to a few of my friends who went on to get their lessons and drivers license with him and liked him as well. I don't know any others cause I only went with this guy, but had a good experience, so, hey.

Driving instructor in south Manchester / stockport? Any recommendations for a driving instructor who would be good for a skittish learner around the heatons?

What area are you planning on taking your test in?

I learned with a guy called Jamie (http://www.mini-drivingschool.co.uk/) I'm not sure about how competitive his prices are, but I'm a very nervous driver and found him very good -recommended him to a few of my friends and they also had good experiences.

Driving force. Very good for the price, that was more than 10 years ago but the instructors are thorough and take you through a variety of places to get used to.

I went from having never started a car before to passing my test first time in just under 6 months with Faz at Mancunian Driving School. He was very good; patient, offered good feedback, flexible and was reasonably priced. Would recommend. https://www.facebook.com/mancuniandrivingschool/

I learnd with a private instructer called Glenn Small. I would highly suggest you run far away from anybody with that name. Terrible teacher and overall cocky guy who is very clearly loved by far fewer than he is liked by.
Can anyone recommend a driving instructor in the North Manchester area please?x

Jamie from mini driving is good. I passed about 5 years ago. I had about 3 instructors before him and got nowhere! http://www.mini-drivingschool.co.uk/
