Therapeutic Botox helps a lot too. If you have extended health coverage, usually a portion of it is covered.
Lorraine K. replied:
Terry at Phoenix Physio Therapy does acupuncture, I learned several pressure points that I can do myself and I have been migraine free for the past 30 years I can head them off when they are just starting. I spent years lying still in a dark room hoping to die for days on end migraines suck.. Also as others have suggested get allergy testing done, Dr VanHorlick, did mine a little pricey to start but each follow-up visit costs less. Last but not least how much caffeine do you consume, I drank a lot of coffee at work and didn't drink it at home for a period of about 6 months, and always got headaches on my days off caffeine Causes the blood vessels to expand sometimes relieving headaches but withdrawal causes headaches. watch for it hidden in over the counter medications especially anything called non-drowsy. Hope this helps..

Aww... it worked for me, but my problems were muscular. And they were pulling the spine way out of alignment. It also worked well for my adrenal glands. I like the asian guy in the Victoria medical building (I can't spell his name!!), and Micah Yoder is good too (at Kell chiropractic), but he's more traditional.
