Bypass that and go straight to acupuncture, Ronna went to Micah Yoder on Victoria after her dislocated shoulder last summer, fantastic!! And does direct billing!!

I had very similar thing to Monica, I also had carpel tunnel while pregnant and lasted till my little one was around 3 months old. I went to chiropractor, massage, and even had acupuncture all at Krell Chiropractic. The ladies there were amazing!!!!!

Kerrie Roberts is amazing! I'll pm you contact info. She works out of the YMCA. She is very focused on getting you back to life's normal activities or sport, and she has only one or two people in the room at one time, so you really get her full attention!

Dustin Robin at Victoria sports. I read somewhere that he's a hand specialist the only other ones in BC are in Kelowna or Kamloops. He's great regardless I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Go to Krell Chiropractic and get acupuncture. It'll be the best decision you've ever made. (I had bad bursitis in both hips, and acupuncture saved me)

Try IMS - Intramuscular Stimulation. It's kind of like acupuncture, except for they put the needles into your muscles and move them around to stimulate them. I probably didn't explain that perfectly, but if you have tried all of the options you listed, this is one of the only ones that I know of otherwise! Worth a shot!
