Can anyone recommend an endocrinologist in Rhode Island?

Thanks everyone. Dr Thomas has a 4 Month wait. I'll call the others you suggest and see how I make out.
LeeAnn B. replied:
Dr Chang at Hallet Center is great. They have other docs so wait time isnt bad. Bob had Dr Thomas and her office staff stinks. Dont wait for her.

I see Dr. Michael Hein for both my thyroid and diabetes. He's a great doc and tells it like it is which isn't always fun if you slack a little bit like me but if you want positive results, you'll definitely get it with him! I heard Valerie Thomas is awesome but I wasn't able to get an appt with her.

Debbie R. replied:
I go to Dr. Roberto Ortiz. He is part of the Diabetes Endocrinology Associates office. The phone number is 401 351-7100. Listen to the menu to speak to his secretary. He's been my doctor since 2001 and I think he's great.
Debbie R. replied:
Dr. Ortiz found my thyroid issue as well as treats my diabetes. He listens to you and doesn't just rush you through the visit. BTW, he has appts. at the Warwick Mall medical building on Tuesdays if that more convenient than driving to Highland Ave off North Main Street in Providence
