Also.... Giving legal Advice is their job, what they actually get paid to do, believe it or not there's a lot more to the whole lawyer thing than holding your hand in court. So basically you're asking them to do their job for free. Your next alternative is Gabriel Dungan, he is wicked smart with the Google and always willing to help.

Domonica Valdez Has a valid point. If they couldn't afford insurance, odds are they can't afford to pay for your damages, hospital bills, or even legal fees. By the time a ruling is made, you'll be in a bit of debt in your own pocket. The courts could make them pay monthly payments to you, but it will most likely be the bare minimum, and you probably wont see that money for quite a while.. Hopefully your insurance is helping you out.
