At that price it will definitely be unlicensed and uninsured . So be careful. If they get hurt on your property you are liable. You have no recourse. One spring would be $185 with my Co "all valley garage door"4808388850. 20 years lic bonded and ins. I have 35 years experience. Just be aware too that if wrong spring is installed ( you won't know ) it will put wear on your electric opener too. It can all snowball and you have no recourse with unlicensed co. All valley garage door. Family owned and operated sense 1996 480 838 8850. Really no such thing as motor to small for door. That was someone trying to rip you off. You may have a broken spring and the opener will labor to try and open it. Look at your springs and see if there is a gap in one of them. God bless
