Hi john from jaymac landscape construction 0402299001 give me a ring if you require a quote. Generally speaking the average household spends 10% of the value of a house on the landscaping. According to the Landscape Industry of Australia. Generally that includes irrigation and external lighting and pools. You architect isn't far off the money if you use reasonbly sized plants and good quality turf.
