Hello,
I'm new to the area and live in the franklin. I was wondering if there were any recommendations on a good obgyn doctor? I'm due September 23 and need to find a...
Katie N. replied:
I had Dr Gilman and lived him
Jamie K. replied:
Dr. Barr. She has an office at west allis memorial and one in Franklin. She delivered my son:)
Courtney O. replied:
I go to Dr Miller McCarthey, but have also seen Dr Jaglan, and Dr Powell. They are all amazing (NP's are great too!) within this group. The only problem I had at West Allis was the anesthesiologist. I had two c secs and the second one was the worst experience of my life! Stay clear of Dr Hall (anesthesiologist)!
Angela S. replied:
I saw Dr Nicole Sternitzky out of Wheaton Franciscan she was amazing!! Highly highly highly recommend! !
Alba R. replied:

Dr. Miller mcarthy. Think she has an office in franklin, but is also based out of west allis memorial. *my son was born sept 23.
Ashley K. replied:
Dr. Stephen McAvoy. He's part of the same group as Dr. Dolan. If you'd prefer a female I'd recommend Dr. Briana Williams or Nurse Midwife Allison McNeil. They're both in the same group as well.
Jaclyn F. replied:

Shannon S. replied:
Ericka Tokarczyk I see the docs at aurora women's pavilion located at 4202 w. Oakwood Ct. right next to Culver's on Ryan Rd. They are all great, and I especially like the NP Michelle Rick. I am not a fan of Dr. Jaeglin, but he did deliver both of my last two daughters. (I prefer female docs) I recommend Drs Dobbs, and Miller-McCarthy. Their ultrasound tech was really great too. and what I love is, especially NP Michelle, they are thorough, they respect your beliefs (like I don't prefer unnecessary tests, shots and stuff like that) and they deliver at West Allis Hospital, which I can attest to is a great place to deliver (no I don't work there or anything, but will be delivering my next child there on 8/3)
Rebecca D. replied:
Froedert Dr. Koeppler. Google her she is #1
Linda I. replied:
Dr. Mann at west allis memorial is awesome as well as dr. Becky in the same group.
Linda I. replied:
Dr. Williams and mcavoy are great indeed. The nice part about that group is u can see all of them or just one. And one of them is always on call so u will have one of them to deliver your baby. And west allis memorial is a great hospital to have your baby.
Laura M. replied:
Dr Epperson or dr Akiya. They are in new berlin. Both are very good.
Amber L. replied:
Dr Jaglin at west allis or Dr Dobbs
Ashley K. replied:
Linda makes a good point. While Dr. McAvoy is my primary in the group, I've seen many others (including all I listed) and Dr. Williams was on call when I delivered back in April. Despite the unexpected route of my own labor, everything about my experience at West Allis Memorial was fabulous, and I have a beautiful, healthy little girl now
Stefanie M. replied:
Dr. Lasser. By far the best obgyn. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
Looking for a pediatrician for my 13 year old daughter, she wants a women doctor, any good suggestions. Dr. Nettles is retiring. :-(

Tiffany M. replied:
Kim baumann is great, and can do mostly everything but she is a nurse practitioner, not md. She is who we use too. I think she practices under dr Hennessy's license and she is very good as well. But hands down theeee BEST pediatrician I know is on the south side of Milwaukee now, Dr Jennifer Thomas (maiden name is rucka)
Katie H. replied:
Kim Baumann is very thorough and I would just about trust her over any MD. She use to be Dr. Thomas' NP when she was at Wheaton.
