I would consult a good plumber. They are on the cutting edge and when they advise you, they are invested in the project even more. We use Peter Gilbert at Gilbert Plumbing. 860-658-4653.

Typically the return on investment with the more expensive tankless will take longer to realize than the life expectancy of the unit. But check that out as prices have come down. When I looked at it recently it did not pay. The traditional high efficie ncy hot water heater is a better way to go when you take the total cost for unit and to run it into account. A ventless is a better way to go if you can. I suggest you call Teds Plumbing!
