Lisa N Juan Moore is right to suggest physio as well, there is a self referral process on the Isle of Man, you can pick up the form from your GP however massage therapy deep tissue or otherwise works hand in hand with physiotherapy work, who will also provide details of stretching you can do to alleviate symptoms and strengthen core muscles.

Would highly recommend Janet Sales at the hair boutique. She has done a amazing job of transforming my hair from a very dark brown to blonde. It took me years to find a good hairdresser when we moved over here and can't recommend her enough. If you go on their FB page my hair is their profile picture
