Summers Past Farms, in Alpine/El Cajon. It's a beautiful place, not sure about allowing alcohol.

Sycuan Golf Resort is beautiful, inexpensive and all so professional!! Excellent Food

Depends on your budget. Sycuan is about $1200. We had one at Santee city hall (you get a discount if you're a resident; under $400 last year) also Lakeside community center for the reception with Lindo Lake as the backdrop outside under an arbor which I think is still there. Not sure of the cost. Good luck
