Diahorrea and vomiting are signs that the body is getting rid of something toxic in the body. Maybe the pathogens that are causing the ear infection? I'd say forget the ped, take her to a chiropractor. They can drain the ears in seconds flat. I have to agree, garlic ingested is much too strong for a 14 mo old. As a student at Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Kingdom College for Natural Medicine, I can tell you, infants are not hard to treat, but more caution obviously needs be taken. ...See More

I live in Sarasota and go to Whole Child Pediatrics. My son is 4 and unvaxed and I have never had an issue with them. Although I suggest going to Dr. Rucker as opposed to the other Dr. In office.

Colloidal Silver in the ears for ear infection and swallow it for intestinal/stomach flu viruses and skip the doctor worries

Randi S. replied:
Dr Spahn at founders park clinic is amazing! Very personable... Never brings a computer in like at black hills peds... Always looks you in the eye when talking to you... And when I called the nurses a thousand times about everything that happened to ellee they never seemed annoyed!!! So nice! Even the front desk people are amazing! I stared with black hills peds and just thought the nurses seemed annoyed when I called and the front desk people were rude... And I felt like the doctor was more in his computer than listening to me
Randi S. replied:
Bahaha Amanda Marie so funny!!! I read up and we said the same thing then recommended the same person
Colleen B. replied:
Dr. Martin Spahn! He's Zara's pediatrician and he is the best. Such a personal dr and he does not push unnecessary medicine on your kids (my biggest thing)
Abi J. replied:
Yep. He's at BH Peds. I think he was actually one of the founders of the facility also
Rachelle W. replied:
Dr Lynn Simmons at bh peds. She is wonderful, very smart and is very open to the natural way of things as well:) dr. Mueller there is great as well
Amanda M. replied:
I have had nothing but bad luck with BH Peds.... rude nurses and a Dr. that lacks communication skills. I recommend Dr. Spahn at Founder's Park. His nurses are great, it is quiet, organized, quick to get in, and Dr. Spahn always sits and chats and checks in. He has even personally called to check on Taiden after he has been in to see him to be sure things are okay. I would never take my boys any where else That is just my opinion
Lauren P. replied:
Dr. Hamilton at Peds is wonderful
Abi J. replied:
Dr. Mortimer is really great! He doesn't get worked up about things unless they're serious. So far, he has been laid back but still very thorough
Gillian F. replied:
Stevi Lynn-- LOL well that won't work will it?! Roxie Erickson-- there is a cute vet in town that you could go to!

Jada K. replied:
Dr Diehl!
Bree S. replied:
Dr Spahn at founders park is beyond amazing!!! He cares so much about my son and his health and also respects my decisions!! Smaller and cleaner feel than bhpeds cause ur never in a crowded room with 50 sick kiddos!! He seriously rocks!! but only takes on so many medicade clients since hes only one in his office. So if u get denied i would try again down the road!
Hannah N. replied:

Founder's Park (where I work), with Dr. Spahn. He is genuinely kind and truly loves his job. And he's one of the few pedi's in town who accepts non-vaccinating or alternate schedule vaccinating families.
