We spent 12k with a company called Pile Height (speak to Matt) it's fantastic, we spent a lot of time looking, good grip, support and no slipping. Not hard to clean, and price wise good compared to others. www.facebook.com/ravenriveragility

We got a fabulous surface from Pile Height, Matt was great, told him what I wanted, got samples, and the best thing we invested in. It was worth spending on - as its not worth risking the dogs. It cost just over £12,000 for 4000 sqft. It has an underlay and decent pile height. Easy to clean and hoover. Just be careful, as a high a pile also has the same effect as to little (i.e like long grass outside). We are an industrial unit so it went straight down on concrete. https://www.facebook.com/pg/ravenriveragility/photos/?ref=page_internal
Thinking of getting wooden flooring but we've got underfloor heating and four dogs - any recommendations on what to get? Thanks

We have Rhino vinyl in our front room and love it. Can't wait to get it in dining room and hall. Looks like wood, dogs don't slip, a quick sweep and steam clean brings it up like new. We have four active Spanish Water Dogs and they haven't damaged it at all. Living opposite the forest it's a life saver, will never go back to carpet!

Love lino/vinyl. They look amazing now, all sorts of effects and looks. So easy to clean. No problem with sound HJ. The more expensive ones are tough and come with 10-2-yr guarantees, Rhino flooring. I would have them put down professionally though, as the floor needs to be leveled properly otherwise floor wears unevenly and can get damaged prematurely.

Looking for recommendations for non slip mats to put on our laminate flooring, ideally something that will Hoover up nicely too! Thanks in advance!

I bought a big rug from The Rug House and a fleece rug control underlay to go underneath it so that it wouldn't move. We've got some rubber backed kitchen mats but they seem to slip a bit.
