We're looking at getting some (we're in Corby) and we've looked at loads of samples. The last sample we got was from Crufts from http://www.artificiallawn.co.uk which looks and feels MUCH nicer than the best samples we have from other companies. Watch out for cheap backing which is what will let the grass fail... It's not a cheap option but the 1 we are looking at looks like real grass, is slightly longer than most samples (suits our dog better and will feel nicer underfoot) and easy to maintain. They have a recommended installer in Sandy so we'll probably be going with them unless we find something else more local.

I went with Nomow.co.uk and their classic meadow - shorter pile than some of the others but I like a nice freshly cut look and it's very realistic - was also cheaper per sqm than some of the others. I had it delivered from them by courier and a local chap fit it and it looks great now 6 months on it's just the same.
