We go to the Pediatrics of Hyde Park http://www.pediatriciansofhydepark.com/ We really have been happy with Dr. Garvin and would recommend him with no reservations. I've never had any problem getting my son in on the same day and there is always a doctor on call. They will even go in on Sunday's and on holidays if needed. He is very open to alternative immunization schedules and supports breast feeding.
Hulafrog O. replied:
We go to Dr Garvin too-& LOVE him! Ditto everything Michelle Tinsley said. Also look at Hulafrog Cincinnati Eastside, OH's business directory for more peds http://cincinnatieastside.hulafrog.com/Businesses/BusinessRoot/Businesses.aspx

I like ESD, where Dr. Drasnin is. However, I have had better experiences with the other doctors and nurse practitioners there (Milford). Dr. Drasnin has questioned me about not feeding cow's milk to my son, using a tone I found condescending. It was a...See More

Eastern hills pediatrics has three lactation rooms and an LC on staff. They are supportive of immunization alternatives and have a monthly open house to visit and meet with them where you can ask any questions. They are next to mercy Anderson hospital.
Amanda K. replied:
Dr Mumma at Group Health Associates in Anderson is wonderful. He explains, listens and is great with my kids. Never a long wait. The group is open on weekends and evenings as well.
Tracy M. replied:
We love Northeast Pediatrics, Dr. Sandrock & Dr. Evans particularly, but all are great. Multiple locations all over the city. We go to the one in Landen, but also have Mason, Eastgate, Lebanon, & Tri County locations. Good luck!
Micah D. replied:
Dr. Drasnin at ESD. We interviewed him specifically and haven't used other docs at ESD, although he assured us they all have a similar philosophy.
Christine M. replied:
As an FYI, we tried to get in with Dr. Mumma, but I was told he's not taking new patients unless a sibling already sees him. Welcome and good luck!
Melanie C. replied:
Did you move from CA? We love Dr. Washington at Wyoming Health.
Jasmine N. replied:
Another ESD pediatrics family here.
Kimberly O. replied:
Dr.Evans is awesome!! Highly recommend him!
Christa G. replied:
Elizabeth Delp, I think you mean Pediatrics of Hyde Park. We go to Hyde Park Pediatrics on Erie. Dr. Ng asked if we wanted the alternative vaccination schedule before I even mentioned it. They also have a wonderful lactation consultant there too. All the Drs. are good, but we prefer Dr. Ng and Dr. Jones. One good thing is I have never waited more than 10 mins in almost 3 years.
Brandy B. replied:
I love Dr Nelson at Anderson Group Health Associates. Dr Manfroy is also great, but avoid Dr Markovich. He was very quick to suggest supplementing when my son's weight gain was slow, while Dr Nelson never worried as long as he was gaining and not losing.
Maura L. replied:
We use ESD and Dr. Heaton is our favorite too.
Elissa D. replied:
Hey, I use Dr. Jones and Ng at Hyde Park Pediatrics. Not a huge fan of others there. Also, Dr. Drasnin from ESD is really good to as far as alternative immunization schedules.
Elissa D. replied:
I am dealing with Dr. Stein right now with Owen not gaining and a little frustrated with her. She isn't going too overboard but enough. I am not leaving the practice or anything as I love Dr. Jones.
Stephanie E. replied:
I also go to Esd and really like Dr. Heaton, he takes his time. He was open to alternate schedule but did not have to much info to share about it. Have not had good experience with Dr. Parks.
Jeanne S. replied:
ESD and LOVE LOVE LOVE Jeff Drasnin. He's amazing and has folowed our (hardly any) immunizations.
Elissa D. replied:
Agreed about Dr. Stein:)!!!
Diane H. replied:
Anderson Hills Pediatrics is wonderful!
Heidi G. replied:
Hyde Park Pediatrics. I've been happy with all the docs. Dr Stein was great with us as we led down the road to food allergies, including her calling with test results at 7 pm on a Friday. Welcome and good luck!
Clover P. replied:
Gotta put a word in for Dr. Doyne at Mt Carmel Pediatrics. He's an older doc that I feel practices in a more conservative fashion, but has been spot on with several Dx at critical times. Office staff is great. Has been OK with postponing a few vaccines...See More

If you don't mind driving to Kenwood, we really like Dr. Laurel Pramuk with Group Health.
Elizabeth D. replied:
I live in Northern Ky but I drive to Western Hills to Group Health Associates. Dr. Gary Weisenburger is wonderful! Do not try Dr. Brown at Hyde Park Pediatrics she badgered me all the way out the door about vaccines. Literally was backing out of the office and she was still yapping at me about them!
Can anyone recommend a pediatrician in the Middletown/ Red Bank area?
Danielle R. replied:
TLC pediatric (732) 741-3400. She said Drs Obrian and Apilinger are both good. She has a 3.5 year old girl and a 20 month old boy. Also, her husband is surgeon, so feel that she is very reliable source.
Jay C. replied:
How about Dr B? He has success with grownup babies.
