We've used Ozel Jewelers on State St. and Claire's in the mall. Our experience at Claire's was much better than at the jewelry store and I'm sure it is because they pierce much more frequently in the mall. But, if I had it to do again, I might use a tattoo parlor as the arguments here are very convincing!

go to Rawbert Hamilton Samuel in Redlands. He is AMAZING!!! Once I went to him, I never wanted to go to anyone else. he is my taft guy and he does portraits and all that. He is a great artist and I am always happy with his work. I think he is now at Rendition Tattoo in Redlands. He use to be at Knuckle Heads.

I have not seen him in years, but Mike Carter came from Tulsa to Deep Elm in Dallas and is an artist of exceptional ability. I'm not even sure which studio he may be at there, but I would definitely be seeing him exclusively if he was closer. Wish you the best getting it finished.
