Not what you asked for but I have to throw in a plug for [Dr. Qare in the Mission District](https://www.yelp.com/biz/elias-qare-dds-san-francisco-2). It's rare for a dentist to have a perfect 5 star review on Yelp, and this guy is absolutely that great. I used to live next door to him but now I commute from the East Bay because he's that good.
