Can anyone recommend a realtor? I'm looking to sell my house and have no idea how to select a realtor. There aren't many reviews online for realtors in Regina so I was...

I had a really good experience buying my current house and selling my old house through Peter Fourlas. I would definitely recommend him.

You want someone who is experienced, reasonably priced, and isn't busy, and would actually do their best.
Getting an agent is mostly about putting your house into MLS system. Aside from that, it's the buyer's agents who do the lion's share of leg work (showing homes).
If you go with "popular" agents, they might already have a ton of clients. So have a fraction of time for selling YOUR house. And would rather make a sale than get you a good deal. A commission (e.g. 3%) difference on $300,000 vs. $310,000 is only $300 ($9000 vs $9300) to an agent. While a loss of $10,000 for you. Most agents would rather strike a deal and go for volume and be better-performers in the realty firm.
My advice: go with a lesser known agent, who is charismatic, less busy, and would be willing provide you weekly progress reports (like what was done to sell YOUR house). Basically someone eager to make a name for him/her-self.
PS. You can also sell your own house via places like comfree.

I have bought and sold my first home with Giselle Ripplinger. She was awesome! She was very patient with our buying needs, showed us a lot of homes and did a lot of legwork for us. Our first home sale was smooth, right in or a little above fair market. Her advice was dead on! We bought our second house using her as our buying agent again, she was great with doing a lot of the legwork ahead of time, weeding out properties that had things she understood we wouldn't like or things on our "definitely not" list. 10/10 would recommend

I bought my house from [Rory Clark](http://www.century21.ca/rory.clark), and he was awesome. Very easy to deal with, is very opposed to being pushy, and reliable. While house shopping we came across a bunch of guys that wouldn't show up to appointments, but Rory was always on time. We also went through about a dozen different houses with him, he was never impatient with us in the least.

If you have the time and will be available to do showings, I'd honestly suggest Comfree. I used them in my own sale and it was so easy. Everything was well prepared, documentation wise, and the lawyers do most of the work anyway. Their pictures were fantastic too, it almost made my wife not want to move! Pm me if you'd like more information or have specific questions.
