My husband just did the same maneuver. Clarks Overhead Door in Georgetown. Great customer service. They just replaced the necessary panels as the door panels were still available. Perhaps you only need one panel. My husband hit the door with his truck and we needed 3 panels replaced. Ouch!

Called Hickman and their voicemail box was full! That's a big red flag to me about their attitude on customer service. Called Precision and they were out here in about two hours and got everything working very well. Would definitely recommend them.
