As an attorney named within this list I can attest to the fact that ALL attorneys and/or law firms named above are fully capable of handling, and qualified to handle, the task. Choosing an attorney is personal and should be based upon a combination of qualification, accessibility, personality, comfort-level between attorney/client, and sometimes economics. There are several nuances specific to Delaware, and other states for that matter, and I would urge everyone to seek legal advice beyond questionnaires and online assistance which, while potentially helpful, can never replace the advice of an attorney licensed to practice in your particular state.
Joyce S. replied:
David Baker Georgetown. He is wonderful.
Kim P. replied:
Blake Carey. You'll want to talk with a local attorney to get specific information in your documents. The online forms have a tendency to wreak havoc because they are so general and not specific in nature. An attorney will guide you through the process. There's alot to consider. Good luck in choosing!

Who do you call to report a solicitor who won't stop calling in spite of me telling them numerous times? Number is from Greenwood and trying to sell insurance.
Nomorobo.com has been a godsend and is free for landlines. Eliminates illegal robocalls

FCC - There's an online complaint process: https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us
Linda B. replied:
Blocking the number doesn’t work - they just roll over to a new source number and call you again and again, each time from what you see as a different number. Resorts International is the worst.

Linda D. replied:
Contact their medical provider. I make referrals like this all the time for patients. Also, Recovery Innovations in Ellendale is a good place to provide initial help, assessment, and direction to the right program for the patient.
Greer M. replied:
Lyn, give Dr Michael Hurd a call - if not his speciality, sure he can steer you in the right direction. He's got a FB page too.

Go directly to the professionals...they will guide you through the entire process....and yes, there are Intervention Specialists....they will also qualify your insurance....this would be where I suggest you start. http://www.fathermartinsashley.com/

Maybe this is a little hippie, but kaya wellness in Rehoboth is offering an addictions group session on Sunday. Pay what you can. It is also for family members affected, so might be an easier step into healing. Brute interventions often leave bruises. http://www.kayawellnesscenter.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=blog&id=35&Itemid=67
