Mike Orosco I know you mean well, however Major appliance repair is best left up to a trained professional to fix due to safety concerns as well as the life of your appliance, trying to fix it on your own can turn a little problem into a big problem if you make a mistake. It also takes the trade away from the man. Low balling and guessing the cost of mostly overseas made, cheap parts makes it hard for the trade worker to make a living. I know everyone wants to save a few dollars, though if you have the right repair person, they will do there work honestly and not overcharge. That goes with every trade: Electricians,Plumbers, Masonry, welders and the like.
