Like others here, I use Dr. Bill Booker of Capitol Rehab in Arlington. Not exactly Fairfax, but if you can get there, it's worth it because he doesn't want you to be coming back for the rest of your natural life, he gives you stretches and exercises to do to try and fix the issue once and for all.

Sport and spine rehab in old Fairfax is nothing short of miraculous. Also, they want you to get better, not to be a regular client for years, not all chiropractic doctors are like that.
