I went to the Clifford Health Spa in Nottingham. It's not in the centre so easy to get to. If you search them on facebook, they're always doing offers and it's just been refurbished:)

Eden Hall just outside Newark. They have a facebook page. Its not cheap but is really nice and the lunch which is included is delicious.

Definitely Eden Hall, check their web date offers, you can sometimes pick a day for £75.

I have been to Aqua Sana at centreparcs, thoresby and eden. If i am going for a day and paying full price....definitely Eden! Thoresby is fine if you get a wowcher deal and aqua sana is ok for the twilight/half day offer.

Thoresby is okay Eden Hall is brill, Ragdale Hall is the best but you don't often get deals on there so all in all I'd choose Eden Hall plus the lunch is lots better than Thoresby..depends how much you want to spend really
