Hi, you're probably all sick of my questions. But I have more!
Do houses generally get the asking price round here or is there room to negotiate?

To eat, the Opera Rooms, just off the market square, has lots of space, and the owner, Lynda, is lovely with children. There are plenty of nice places to eat in town. See what takes your fancy. If you fancy checking out a village, The Bluebell Inn in our village of Lound also does good food. We moved to Lound 8 years ago from London, and love it here. Worth looking at the villages around Retford to live too.
