This is no substitute for an in person session, but betterhelp.com can be super helpful and a lot cheaper. Especially if you're having an anxiety attack or something, you can get access to help in real time that won't break the bank

Dr. Evans at Madison Women's Clinic saved me! I have had depression all my life and anxiety the last six years. He worked with me and listened to all concerns. He makes you feel important and reminds you it's totally okay if you need medication. He is a literal lifesaver.
