Hudson's Ribs and Fish on 9 south in Fishkill. The place has excellent servers, amazing food, and a menu that is not static. The chowder and pop-overs are great. My wife and I eat there every few weeks. Alicia Jago

Zephs in Peekskill; amazing duck confit...Also Homestyle Desserts in Peekskill- not really a restaurant, but amazing bakery. And Memphis Mae in Croton for barbecue.

Redline Saloon Restaurant in Cortlandt Manor .. Great food....they always have $ 7.00 lunch specials ...the menu has from burgers to steaks on it!!!!!!
