We used Emelle’s in 2007. Many guests have commented over the years that it was the best wedding buffet they’ve ever tasted. https://emelles.com/

I've heard great things about Drew Cooks. Right over the Arthur's Laing on the Vancouver side.

We used Sula Indian on Commercial. They did a full buffet and later a chai service with dessert. The food was incredible, everyone loved it, they were wonderful to work with, really friendly and accommodating. Even though we were a fairly small wedding (80 people) by their standards, they still treated us really well and let us come in and try their dishes for free so we could pick which ones we wanted.
The price is really good too. Their website makes it look like they do really casual events, but they did the full service buffet with nice chaffing dishes and the whole bit. Highly recommend if you want something a little off the beaten path in terms of wedding food.

If you go to the 'food service' tab at the bottom, the photo on that page is from our wedding.

We had catering in site. If we didn't we would have gotten catering through Nuba as they had tons of items that people with food allergies could eat.
