My roommates and I have used /u/rathskeller a few times and he does good work. Typically it does take him longer than Molly Maid since he does it all himself but he comes to our place once or twice a month to clean while we work/study. All Shine Cleaning cleans our house and are amazing. They do a deep clean first then follow up with cleaning every two weeks. Reasonably priced and always happy when we get home from work. They even make roses out of our toilet paper lol.. Little touches and hard work go a long way. Cheers!
