Obstetricians/Gynecologists (OBGYN) in Ridgecrest, CA

Dr. Miller, he delivered my daughter. Has awesome bedside manner. Takes time to answer all your questions. I would recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Miller delivered two of my children (one of whom was born this morning!). He's amazing.

Dr Miller he just delivered my daughter last Monday and honestly I couldn't be happier he was amazing! He is a very straight forward doctor and tells you like it is!

A DR is honestly a personal choice. I think there are several great ob/gyns here but honestly its a personal choice. I have Dr. Miller and hes been nothing but great to me and has always answered all my questions regarding my medical treatment

Dr Copeland is Gyno only...no more Obstetrics

Dr. Stone isn't taking any new OB patients at the moment because she will be gone for 6 weeks. I would definitely use her though when she gets back!

Dr do is a temp I heard, they keep bringing on temps at rural health since Dr prophet hurt herself and for some strange reason they can't find another doc who wants to move here lmao. And as of 8 months ago, Dr Lewis wasn't taking on new OB patients. I loved Dr stone though she was amazing through my pregnancy and my sisters.

Brittany Lynn, you shouldn't get angry with people voicing their opinion. Especially when they're offering information for something so very important. You can love Dr.Miller and sing his praises and others can do the opposite if they feel the need. Yes, everyone makes mistakes.. However, I'd like to direct someone in the SAFEST direction I feel possible. So, I say myself: avoid Dr.Miller. My personal experience with him was horrific and it turned a beautiful life event for my family in to a worry filled nightmare. I'm glad he was different for you and some others. Now, instead of fighting on this post.. Congrats to Kelsey! I hope you find an OBGYN you will love!

There's a new OB in town named Dr. Do. She delivered my friend's baby.

I was a patient of Dr. Miller's for over a year only because he was the only choice at the time. I wouldn't go back to him if he were the last doctor on earth. Dr. Stone is great, she is very knowledgeable and gets things taken care of. I currently have Dr. Lewis and she is so amazing! Very caring and attentive. I would definitely recommend her. But everyone is different. So I would suggest making consultation appointments with a few different ones to see who would be the best fit for you and your needs. Good luck ď

I'm not seeing an OB in town either. I go to Dr. Lara Arndal in Bishop. I couldn't be happier with her team.

Dr. Copeland in Lancaster is awesome too.

Dr. Miller was wonderful! He was so patient, and he truly cares about his patients. My best experience with him, aside from the actual delivery of course, was finding out why we waited for almost 2 hours for an appointment once. A couple had just found out that the pregnancy wasn't viable. He sat with the couple while they cried, just supporting them and comforting them. It was easy to get mad and impatient. But, my husband and I thought, "what if that were us?". It was one example out of many, that proved he is a very caring and hard working dr. Dr. M. will always be my favorite:)

I've seen Dr. Miller sine 2008. He's done surgery on me twice and getting ready for a 3 rd. He's straighforward, won't BS you and is a nice guy. I've has zero problems with him, his staff or his care in general.

Dr. Stone is amazing and super sweet! I had her with the twins. She's located at rural health. Good luck!

Dr Miller delivered three of my girls and I will sing his praises all day, he also saved my best friends life as well as mine when I hemmoraghed badly with my first child. He has some bad review's but if he accepts your insurance please give him a try before you make an opinion.

Dr. Lewis is Loma Linda grad. She trained with the best there. I won't go back to Miller.

Dr Stone hands down! Sweet and Good at her job. Would not trust any of these other doctors.

I will forever be grateful to Dr Miller who let my husband basically deliver our sons! He gave up his hospital gown to let my husband sit on the stool and deliver both my boys! Dr Miller of course oversaw it all and helped but gave my husband and I such an incredible experience that I will forever be grateful for! He listened to my every concern and respected my birth plans. Dr Miller is amazing!

I highly recommend Dr. Cepeda at Rural Health. In seeing him right now and he is so wonderful.

After helping my daughter try to navigate the doctors around here, do yourself a favor and plan to go out of town. San Dimas Medical Group in Bakersfield is outstanding!

Dr Guerra saved my life and she wasn't even my on at the time. I recommend her.

Dr Rose stone. She is fantastic. And her staff is awesome! Dr stone saved mine and my son's life two years ago and she brought my daughter into this world 9 months ago. She the best hands down!

Not sure if there are any midwives in town since I checked last, but we do have an amazing doula (and shes also a student midwife) - Becky Hazel at Ridgecrest Birth Services. As far as ob/gyns... best is to find someone out of town.

Erin Andrus knows some great ones down in Victorville. I like the office there.

I have been more than happy with the care I've received from Dr. Rose Stone. Highly recommend her. (The Rose is important because there is also a family practitioner under the name Dr. Megan Stone in town). Also important, Dr Rose Stone is now located at the Ridgecrest Regional Hospital Outpatient Pavilion, NOT Rural Health. Hope that helps!

Dr. Rose Stone is wonderful! Her office has very nice staff. She was amazing to me and my significant other during pregnancy, through labor and my c-section! I wouldn't go to anyone else while living here after going to her. (:

Dr. Rose stone was amazing! I seen her since I was 10 weeks prego, just had out baby 2 weeks ago. In my research for a doc, she was the 1 that had the best feedback. I highly recommend her!

I just delivered my daughter on the 28 th of January. Dr Iskander followed me through my 8 month High risk pregnancy; Dr. Stone there if needed. Both are wonderful doctors and treat you with high respect and give you great quality of care. Dr. Cepeda however had to do my cesarean and did AMAXING work. He does have somewhat of a rude bedside manner but if you state what you want he will listen and follow. I don't know how he is in the office for I only had him for the cesarean. There is a new ob dr. Burchin. I'm not sure if she is accepting patients just yet though. She is super nice. (Met her in the hospital)

I really liked Dr. Iskander.

I'm seeing Dr Guerra, but she is on vacation right now and am 36 weeks with my weekly visits with Dr Birchum who also is at the rual health clinic. I would recommend both

Rural Health takes only medi- cal now, unless you are already going there, from what I was told.

I'm seeing Dr. Guerra for my pregnancy and I like her. Haven't had any issues and they get you right into your appointment. And the nurses are really nice. 760-499-3855 Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Dr. Miller prescribed the wrong medication for me. I'm searching for a new I gynecologist. I was seeing Dr. Do but Tricare dropped her and several other doctors.

Dr. Katrina in Bakersfield is great. Would never trust Dr Miller again, nearly didn't make it the last time I saw him. Dr. hope was ok, if you don't mind spending hours waiting while the staff chitchats in the hallways.

Miranda Schumacher-Blanton, the reason I mentioned that Dr. Hope is a family doctor is that she specifically said she wanted a Gyno.

Dr. Rose Stone or Dr. Iskandar. They are both located in the Opp building behind southern Sierra medical at the hospital. 2 nd floor. Both are amazing.

I had Dr. Guerra twice and she is amazing. Very personal, caring and professional.
