Just found a great place in Bethel across from the Big Y. A New Beginning. You get a hot towel wrap along with a hand massage before your cut. Great prices and great service. I went and got an inexpensive cut and received 25% off my next service which was a perm. Made it less than $100! http://www.anbsalonspa.com/
