Massage Advantage in Bethel. They are currently running a Groupon for $39 for 1 hour massage. Liz and Jared are great. If you like the massage and it helps they do have a membership program for $9.99 per month and you can get all the $39 one hour massages you want. Good luck.

Hi Lynn. I also have fibromyalgia, diagnosed about 18 months ago. Between that, osteoarthritis, and 3 knee replacements, my exercise tends to be walking around my street mainly and using my exercise bike. The only massage I've had besides my husband giving me them was at Massage Envy in Brookfield. I'm sure you will find something more local to you and I hope you find someone who can help you with yoga or whatever you decide to do.

Have you explored diet changes? Been reading a lot about how the foods we eat lead to inflammation in the body, hence problems like yours, arthritis, Parkinsons, etc. The symptoms we have are often due to an underlying secondary condition.
