Bill Boswell or Jared Callister. They use the methods of Ray Hunt and Tom Dorrance. They teach the colt...they create opportunities for him/her to solve problems, make intelligent decisions. They get them in a great frame of mind to learn. It's not about force. These guys do real world work with horses on cattle.
