Dr. Kay mukargee! She was my pediatrician, my son's fathers pediatrician and now all 3 of my children's pediatrician. Love love love her. She doesn't give af what the insurances think. She recently admitted my little one just so she can get the antibiotics she needed that our insurance would not cover for at home.. She's just amazing.

Dr. Furusawa at Kaiser - Corona is AWESOME! Cavaughn was eight months, when we moved here. She's not only been the pediatrician for both Cavannah and Cavaughn, she's like family. LOVE her. She's really been there for us and I feel she gives things a special touch. When CiCi's bloodwork came back odd, she called me, right away. It was on a Saturday. A SATURDAY! When CJ was going deaf and we were in Emergency 1-4 nights/early mornings a week, and following up with her about as many times a week, she gave me the real deal with my options for him. She's awesome! I couldn't ask for a better person to entrust the care of my children with. the Peds nurses in Riverside and in Corona are awesome, too! Love them all!

Dr. Koo on Jackson by Parkview. When our son was born, we researched pediatricians in a 30 mile radius. Dr. Koo consistently came up as the best around. And, his office does not accept unvaccinated patients unless they have a real medical exemption. Huge deal for a lot of us and one of the reasons why we love his office!

Prairie Medical center in westchester on Wolf. Dr Spratford is the best. Been my Doc for 10 years.

Elmhurst Pediatrics. Not super close but they are fantastic. They get us in same day whenever needed. Dr. Attanasio is awesome.

All Star pediatrics in Countryside. Never have a problem getting in to see one of the docs and they always calm my mommy fears when I over-Google.

We love LaGrange Pediatrics.

I've had a fantastic experience at Windsor Family Health Team. Family doctors, nurse practitioners, dietician and social worker all in one place. I've never used a paediatrician for my son, but we've had great care from our family doctors (both here and before moving to Windsor) so I've never felt the need for one. My doctor at WFHT is Dr. Peterson, who I don't think is accepting new patients right now, but there's usually at least one doctor on staff who is. Riverside Medical Clinic is not that type of "clinic" it's a large medical facility. Dr. Gifford and Dr. Saleh are wonderful.

Oh no on Dr. Mackey. Sorry, but he let my son suffer for 3 years with ear infections and fevers of unknown origin. He won't prescribe antibiotics without a debate. My son had a metal BB lodged and corroded in his ear, which destroyed his eardrum! I told him over and over something was very wrong and he said he could see the eardrum and it was clear! Uuummmmm?? Not!

Best Pediatric doctor in town is Dr. Sharpe at Riverside Medical Clinic! He is amazing and takes the time to talk to you and your children about everything! I could not have lived through the teen years without him!

I'm a nurse and worked with Dr Kwaszman for a few years. He is so good I sent him my nephew and niece plus two of my "adopted kids" that were my neighbors. My niece and nephew still go to him.

There are many at the North Riverside Family Health Center at Loyola on Harlem. Dr. Julie O'Keefe, Dr. Hannah Chow, Dr. Rebecca Barbato. I think we have seen them all, and they are all excellent. 708-216-6006

Dr. Cindy Rubin is also a ped at Loyola. (Interestingly enough, both Drs. Rubin and O'Keefe are also OPRF alums!)

Dr. Rubin is great.

Depending on your plan, Dr Lisa Holmes and Dr. Jill Sobelowski in Hinsdale are Family practice. LEDs to adults. I think they have 2 other female family practice in their office. Easy parking, no waits, pleasant office.

Dr. Bridget Boyd is at the outpatient center on the Loyola hospital campus and is an amazing pediatrician. She's also one of the heads of the department. We've been taking our daughter to her for a couple of years now and are beyond happy with the care she's received from Dr. Boyd.
