3 yrs old. It had a whirring noise coming from inside the hard drive casing. I normally go to Infinite Solutions for majority of my computer problems, just that I have to go in every now and again to check what's happening. Was told by the lady at fresh Mango, they would be sending me emails to update on status, no emails since 11.15 am yesterday, so I guess I am still in queue.
