Rochester Friends, I need recommendations for a good pediatric dentist. I put it off for too long.
Angela M. replied:
We like Dr. Loewen at Dentistry for Children. It took several times for Parker to "warm up" and they didn't charge for those first visits.
Amy H. replied:
Dr Loewen is our dentist as well, fabulous!
Angela M. replied:
Parker COMPLETELY freaks at dr. appts. and we were REALLY dreading the dentist (we waited longer than we probably should have too). They were so great with him and didn't push too much the first time. He got tokens to put in their machines for prizes and he was actually willing to go back. He's been there several times now and each time has gone well. No "work" done yet other than cleaning his teeth. I'm afraid he may need some baby teeth pulled though. We haven't taken Hannah yet, but I'm sure she'll LOVE it! Such opposites!

Dr. Mensing at Dentistry for Pediatrics
Sarah C. replied:
Dr. Candy Mensing (don't you just love that name?!) at Dentistry for Children and Adolescents. Echo everything everyone else already said about it.
Rochester Friends? Does anyone have a recommendation for a pediatric dentist in Rochester? I was looking at Dentistry for Children and Adolescents or Thomas Sitzer as...
Amy W. replied:
My kids have done well with Dr Stroope and Dr Jacobs at Family Dentist Tree. Axel has his first cleaning at three.
Stanley N. replied:
Dr Mensing at the Children's Dentistry was great. Nia really liked her and she made it very comfortable.
