Rockland Cafe on main st. Burgers, sandwiches, even some fried seafood options all for under $10. Go
Dee P. replied:
Atlantic Baking Company has prepared sandwiches. The Good Tern Food Co-op has prepared sandwiches and self serve hot items; soup and a hot dish of the day. Both of these choices could be very reasonable in price.

China Fortune (behind Midcoast Marine Supply), when Zack's opens up again, they've got great food and take phone orders.
Dale D. replied:
Hops & Chops on Park St has pre-made sandwiches, soups and heat and eat entrees. We are right around the corner from the Industrial Park.
Justin W. replied:
Clan Mclaren on Main St

Amy F. replied:
Actually -- most any place downtown will do takeout: Trackside (though maybe not under $10), Cafe Miranda (also might not be under 10), Rock City, Atlantic Baking Company, Clan Maclaren, Main Street Markets... lots of options
