It does seem like the easiest place to start would be synagogues; any place of your choosing should have a list of allowed caterers... I could easily get a list from B'nai Israel Congregation in Rockville if that would help.

Ledos is great and has multiple locations. They have a large catering menu as well as vegetarian options and gluten free crust.

Not sure about delivery but Stella Barra (Pike and Rose) does regular and GF pizza plus a full menu of salads, entrees, etc.
