We used a fabulous contractor to put in our 4 season sunroom additional 7 years ago with infloor heating and A/C - Jerry Beck. It was a challenging project for many reason. Jerry had a great crew and they were very precise and clean. He maintained t he schedule and worked through all issues as they arose. We are very pleased with the result. Klesta Builders put an addition on my house a few years ago when I expanded the kitchen. They did an excellent job and only charged 10% in advance - the rest due upon completion. I highly recommend them if you are planning on an addition to your home.
