I agree with Susan, I manage and book a vacation rental house here in Phoenix and I can easily get you in for $175/night during our winter (peak season). I'd think Milwaukee in March/April would be less than that! I never understand why people don't try vacation rental houses more! Try www.vrbo.com, www.vacationrentals.com or www.homeaway.com.
