Have you tried Orajel? It is over the counter and numbs the gum area to relieve pain. There are other ones at the pharmacy that will numb the gum and you don't need a script for them. Call Rockford Endodontists. They are near Woodman's on Perryville. They specialize in root canals. It is the only place I go to have one done. They are great.

Deen McGregor McDonald Cooper get some oil of oregano from the health food store. Dilute it with coconut oil or olive oil. Brush on tooth and gums. Not only will you get immediate pain relief, it will also kill the infection that is causing the pain...See More
