Thanks, Eric. Steve, I'm happy to give you a couple referrals that may work out for you in your neck of the woods. Keep in mind, being as far as you are from the metro center, it will be harder to get many good bids. This said, you're best off getting a contractor near you...the traveling fatigue factor on these kinds of jobs is a reality, and can be/will be cost factor. Good luck, I'll be in touch. P.S. The Angies Listers are the busiest, so they will be the costliest, this can be good and bad. Cast your your net wide, but not too wide.
