Dave Keener DID do marching band the year he was here. (Which was '78-'79) Tom Coffman, MHS Band Director (including marching band) prior to Bill Theis, lives in Florida. He was my director in 5 th, 6 th & 9 th grade.

Well if this David Keener is the same one that did band at Dixie in New Lebanon he lives at the corner of Old Dayton and North Lutheran Church Rds

Does he want drum instructors? I'm in touch with Bob Beck (as are many of us) but I'm not sure he's still in touch with any of the old band directors. However, I think Adam Wheeler might've had some info on Don Davis' whereabouts. Last I saw Don, he was working for Buddy Rogers Music here in Cincy and sold insurance for a while before (or after?) that.

Last I saw Don, he was a rep with Buddy Rogers. I know he was doing some judging as well. That was some time ago, but I recall that he was still local. Wish I had more info. Patti Bennet may know more, as she was assistant when Don was director. I wonder if Mr. Spiegel is still around. He was helping at Wantz when I was in 7 th grade band. Good luck.
